Delete Account and Data

If you would like to delete your OtonoMe account and all associated data, please send an email to: support@yellowriders.com

Include the email address associated with your account and the subject line Account deletion request.

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

The following data will be deleted:

• account information

• goals and tasks created in the app

• app activity data

Some limited records may be temporarily retained where required for legal or billing purposes.
